Ad for musical instrument reposted on fake website without my permission

I had posted on a reliable and well reputed website (Banjohangout.org) an advertisement selling a quality banjo at a fair price. This ad was reposted on a website Banjo-Brands.com at a much lower price without my permission. The IP address for Banjo-Brands.com is issues from Nigerian IP space.
