I too requesed the blueprint fo 30 day evaluation. I sent it back but unfortunatly did not have the documentation the previous person had so I have been getting the run around. It seemseven with documentation they are scam artists and have little intention of returning our money. I have contacted my lawyer, I am going to post a complaint on usacomplaints.com and contact the attorney general in Colerado. I encourage others to do the same. Itoo talked to Sarah at Lmi direct and after reassuring me she was working on it will not return my calls
