Like other mailers to your complaints website, I have been a victim of a scam by this company. I also ordered an initial pack of their 024 Pain Management system, at a total cost of £19.99 but subsequently received a further unsolicited delivery a month later, with an invoice for £79.99. At no point in the puchasing process was I made aware of any contract / obligation to receive and pay for further products. No response to emails, so I am now writing and returning their product! This is a scam, and I will report it to Trading Standards.
