This guy goes by the names "jay" "jerry" "too short" 5ft tall with tattoos talks very hyped is going around scamming people
he says he does tattoos then trys to sell you a cheap ipad runs off with your money & makes bunch of excuses later.
Last seen driving a 2007 impala color black his "wife" rides with him a toddler & a baby in a carseat. Be aware!
