I was charged $10.12 to my visa bank card by this "company". I called the company, a woman answered in "customer support". She told me the transaction was for an Xbox game console cover and she then refunded me the due amount. That's besides the point. The money never should have been withdrawn from my account in the first place. I don't OWN a television, much less a game console. I'd like to know how this fraudulent "company" got my visa vard information. The only thing that comes to mind is my Paypal account, which i have cancelled. I'd advice anyone else experiencing this unauthorized transaction to cancel their credit card and have a new one reissued immediately.
