I happened to get a bank statement from my bank noerthumberland national saying i was -55 dollars so i went to my bank too see what was going on the teller pulled up my account ahd this allied loan company that i knew nothing about went in to my account and tryed to pull monies out that i did not have which now iam in rears with my bank. So the bank gave me a print out and it was there. The company. So she gave the number which i called allied while i was standing in front of the teller so she could hear. And a man came on and introduce his self and i asked who they were and who gave him perrmision to go into my acount and he said did u apply for a loan? I said i did i got one three months ago. And then i asked him who gave him permission to go into my acount he replyed i did, i said i never gaver any one permmision to go into my acount. Then he replyed u dont want a loan? I said no i dont and iam reporting u aand ure company to some one he replyed that theres a fee to fill out a loan on line and i replyed i never filled out a loan with ure company. And he then said do u want a refund? I said yes i want u to put back what u should have never touch back into my acount. He gave me a referance number E598-15772- and said that they would put the money back into my acount that it would take 72 hours for it to go back into my acount. I never knew that this company did this to me. Till i got a statement from my bank why? Should i have to pay some one to get a loan thats bs. I know its not alot but iam on social security. And i have to balance my monies out each month. Now they have made a mess for me and i should not have to pay some one money to get a loan. And they had no right going into my acount and trying to take some thing with out my permmision. Please help me with this thank you william smith
