Zoverstocks sent me the wrong item and after contacting them, they said that they were sorry but the item i ordered was not available at the time but the still withdrew money out of my account. They refused to return the money i took out and strongly suggested i order from them again. The letter was written out as if was a letter sent out to other people the screwed over. I want something done about this, if not, you will lose a very loyal customer and I will do everything i can to warn anyone about ever using Amazon again, since, obviously, Amazon allowed this to happed. I can already tell that they are not going to take the company i am complaining about because as expected its a scam!!! Please contack me if you need some more information!!!
