I got a call from a lady that claimed they had a contract with banks to repair foreclosed houses going back on the market.
All I had to do was pass a $99 background check and they would send three work orders a day and they had over 6 months of work. The background check would take 2 days and then they would start sending the orders.
I paid the money and didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. I called and demanded my money back and was told it actually takes 3 weeks to get "in the system".
I then got an email saying everything was OK and I would start getting orders.
A week later someone called and said I just passed. I told them I got the email a week earlier and they didn't know about that.
That was 2 months ago and I have received vague job leads that have nothing to do with electrical and not 3 orders a day.
They are a scam.
I am filing a complaint with my bank and the Attorney General
