I sent for samples of Two items in June. When I looked at my bank statement in July I found that they had taken two payments of £69.00 for goods which I had not ordered and which I had not received. I trelephoned them and received confirmation emails that my account had been closed and I would be reimbursed the money. I did not receive the money and on 9th August two more payments of £69 were taken. No goods ordered and no goods received I have emailed them but have had no satisfaction. I have now threatened legal action. They are THIEVES
