Contacted me regarding Mortgage Modification, told me that I needed to file a B.K. Sent the $5,500.00 I was told the filing would be via internet. I was e-mailed a file 2 hours beore the court closed, to down loan, copy, and take to the court. I had to pay the filing fee of $299.00 on top of the $5,500. I did ot receive any repentation form Sobal, or USG. I had to hire an Attorney locally to help me complete the Action. Neither I or any of the attorneys, the Truistee or the Judge was able to contact Bruce Solel, or Victoria Herriera, as the phone number for them was disconnected. I am in the process of filing an action with the State Bar.
