I live in the US and wanted to watch the Olympics live on the internet. I found the London Live website and advertizing. I paid 34.99 USD using my credit card. I could not connect. The instructions were very difficult to understand and required a LAN connection which interfered with the normal functioning of my laptop. I could not see the Olympics at all. I immediately contacted London Live for a full refund. The correspondence was difficult to follow.initially I heard from a group called Reg-Now who promised that I would receive a refund. Three weeks later, I still do not have the refund. This was a scam. They have obviously made a lot of money from it. I am still pursuing them for a full refund, and to warn others about Regnow, and London-Live. I am convinced that I am not the only one that has been scammed.

Augut 11 - Since the vendor replied, we have resent a new refund request on this date.

At this time, there had been no response from the vendor yet but the 2 business days provided for them to respond has not lapsed. Please allow
2 business days for the vendor to respond. If you do not receive a response from the vendor within 2 business days, let us know so we can contact the vendor again.
