You need to file your complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Chandler Arizona that will be kept on file and they will go to bat for you with DermaPure. The web site is: www.ArizoniaBBB.org
Go to the 3rd file complaint and click on it and fill out complaint form. The more complaints they have the more they can do. They only have a few complaints, nothing like this site has on it.
