I listed my timeshare on tug2.com. I was contacted by Judy Boulay and we agreed on a price with closing costs. She sent me an official bank check from a credit union for $3900. I sent $2900 via western union to her broker in Egypt. They then realized the costs were inappropriately calculated and I over 2 wires, $500 each, sent the remaining $1000. I had called my bank and they had said the check cleared but then I received and bounced/cancelled check today from my bank with the funds withdrawn and a fee for a bounced check. Is there any way I can recoup my loses?
