Not sure how this company got my credit card information but they are using several names and have charged my card 5 times at 49.95. I have not signed up for a free product nor have I received any thing from this company. Look at your statements for charges from BTO Support, ECGI Help, PGB Inc, CRCT Inc. All these corporations are out of London England. I had to cancel my credit card, what a rip off. How did they get my information???
