August: I'm glad I looked up the company on this site and saw all the complaints. We also received a letter telling us to pay $650.95 for Local Directory Online, something we'd never heard of. A Mr. Cutler (800-356-3713) was mentioned as a contact in the letter, so we called to tell them there was a mistake, and the intended recipient named on the letter, Carlos Santiago, is not someone in our company. After many questions, he finally said he will list our case as disputed. Regardless, we will not pay a cent. After seeing all the complaints here, it appears this was a scam, so it won't be necessary to follow up with this place again. Why hasn't this company been shut down yet?
