The Family Handyman "Special Issue" reduces duration of consumers subscription, consumers damaged

The November issue of The Family Handyman and Everyday with Rachel Ray was called a "SPECIAL ISSUE" by Readers Digest (the publisher of both magazines) and they unilaterally shortened the duration of millions of consumers subscriptions. They saved millions of dollars by taking one issue away from subscribers who had paid for a full subscription.

There was a lawsuit filed against Readers Digest and the publisher has argued that what they did is allowed and was not improper. They argue that the consumer who filed suit is unique and not the same as all the other consumers who lost an issue that they paid for in their subscription.

We want to identify other consumers who had subscriptions in November so that we can show that the consumer who filed suit is not unique. Please contact us at.

Thank you.
