On 8/12 I e-mailed Bayada to say that Jodi, my usual HHA, was not here. A woman replied that she would report her absence to a supervisor. Jodi arrived a lattle late, haing nen unavoidably held up, and told me that she had asked her supervisor to let me know that she (Jodi) wold be late. The supervisor failed to do so. I then e-masiled Bayada to say that Jodi had indeedd arived, but would be unable to come to me on 8/14, and had requested her supervisor to send a substitute. None was sent.
Your service is a boon, but of no use if it isn't dependable. I hope you will improve your communications system before you begin[deservedly[ to lose business.
