I ordered a self defense dvd from chris clugston on 7/26. Never received anything yet. Will not answer my e mails. His address is listed as being in shawnee Kansas, but a member of the city Govt. Says that he isn't at the address which is a rental address and the phone # is for an elderly lady. Not chris. Also goes by the name christophe.

During our research we noted that Mr. Clugston goes by both Chris and Christope.
Our research indicates that the address listed is a rental property. The phone number listed belongs to an elderly lady who lives in a neighboring city. Mr. Clugston does not have, nor has he ever possessed a business license for the City of Shawnee. Mr. Clugston has not filed with the Kansas Secretary of State to operate a business in Kansas.
I am sorry that I couldn't provide more information. We have been unable to confirm if Mr. Clugston is even a resident in Shawnee. The only thing I can say for sure is that Mr. Clugston is not licensed with the City or with the State.
