He buys something on line using a fake PayPal email saying he has paid you in full for the product including 1000.00 that you are to pay to a Western Union account for shipping the product. He says, through the fake Paypal account, that the money is being held in Paypal until you pay Western Union freight company. This is a way He tries to get money out of you.
