I ordered an item (queen sheets) the $ was deducted that day. As of today i have received nothing. I sent two messages to them on their web site and included my order #, still nothing. Then i posted on facebook my displeasure and received a msg that my concern would be forwarded to a manager in customer service. That was several days ago and again nothing!!! This is a scam!!! ~
