My mobile had run out of credit, so I put £20.00 on my card.By the time I got home ten minutes later it was down to £6.00 with a load of texts from 60699 Play'n Win Prize Club. I did not sign up to this number. My phone supplier told me it was Zingtones. I don't know how to claim my money back. I have tried to phone but cannot get through.
