False Advertising/bad customer service - customer service

Was waiting on Black Friday Thursday Night at 7 P.M. For the 12 opening at the Target in Altoona PA. Was 3rd in line in electronics. I was there to buy the X-Box 360 and the Kinect which the game Wipe-Out was supposed to be free with (a $50 value) this is why I was there. Cashiers had no idea about the free game and when asked the manager Scott Guzic he said they are out. It was while supplies last. The 2 people in front of me did not buy so I know that there were no quantities in supply (my receipt is dated 12:10). Didn't want to cause stress on black friday so i went back in on Monday talked to Scott in person. He first said that they only had 3 or 4 in stock and I pointed out there were none since I was 3rd in line. He admitted there were none but gave me the guest comment card and said go ahead and call or write. I hoped to give the store a chance to make it right somehow, but was just given attitude. Thought it is false advertising and something should have been given to replace the item if they didn't have any of what they advertised as free to begin with. I could have gotten the X-Box and kinect cheaper elsewhere, but the free item would have made it a better value.
