This is my second report of the same complaint on 7/27. A routine A/C check up
turn out complete replacement of Coil and A/C condenser. Before I could agree the coil and condenser were already removed. It took them three weeks to replace because of the large amount not budgeted. Personnel doing the job were amatures, a worker step on the ceiling
big was punched restoring the broken ceiling still shows uneven texture. A/C drain was incorrectly install causing the leaking on my ceiling below in my closets, destroying clothes and ceiling needing repair, total cost $5,000.00 plus $1,000.00 aggrabition.
