Same as other complaints. I paid $4.95 for what I thought was a sample to find that I was in a 14 day trial for an additional $99.98. The "sample" didn't even arrive until after a week. I called today and they will refund 65% after I pay to send the "sample" back. Meanwhile, I have bounced a check because my account was overdrawn. A POX on them.
