Having seen the add of this company on my Comcast Web Page, I went to the Company's page, and after reading the claims, I decided to try its free samples of both LIPO Slim Extreme and Natural Cleanse. It was not clear to me that there were two separate companies involved. There was no mention of a 14 day limit to inform them that I was unhappy with their products or I would be charged 79.00 for one and 79.88 for the other.
When I got the charges, I called the toll free number and spoke with Anne, she said I had 14 days to cancel and I failed to do so. She agreed to cancel the transaction and gave me a cancellation Code of AL0810, to cancel the charges on my credit card.
I then called my credit card company, and was informed that I would need to dispute the charge (s) (They are listed under two separate companies on my charge account and although they have the same phone number one is purported to be in Minnesota and the other Arizona).
