Movie Rental of $1.99 With Extra $1.00 Charge Not Disclosed

We rented a movie for $1.99 and was charged an
extra $1.00. This is an unauthorized charge because on the site for the movie it does not say anything about extra charges. How can this be returned and what is the procedures?
