When checking my bank statement online, I found that £38.62 had been taken from the account by this company. I have NEVER HEARD of them, and have certainly never authorised them to extract money from my account, or bought anything whatever from them; I dont even know what they sell. I am in my 70, s and living on benefits; this amount represents a full weeks FOOD money for me. I have contacted my bank, who gave me a number to ring, but there is no reply. I need my money back; what can I do??? This is THEFT.
