Ordered two dock extenders and was charged $37.37 on 13Mar12. Still awaiting product five months later. Company provided a phone number (619-519-0571) and e-mail address ([email protected]) for any questions in their confirmation e-mail. Follow-ups via phone and e-mail have subsequently gone unanswered.
