I am in the process of submitting my complaint to as many places as I can.including the BBB and Utah State Attorney Generals Office.

During the week of 7/16 I spoke with someone about my intent to move back to the valley and I would need to transition him to a new daycare. They advised me I would not need to provide them advanced notice but thanked me for letting them know that he would not be attending after this month.

Starting on 7/30 I enrolled my son in a new daycare paid them the fee to start him and when they went to bill my state benefits it was declined. Come to find out the Kids Park billed me. I spoke with someone there who said it was a mistake and they were refunding it.

Almost a week later a partial refund appeared and when I called to find out why it was not a full refund they advised me they were billing me for a week that he did not attend due to them not getting notice. This is NOT what I agreed to, and not something I could afford!

They refused to reconsider or even talk to me about it despite the fact I in no place agreed to it and I was told the opposite TWICE by their staff.
