I hope my complaint will help several people worldwide that think they would like to try this product. My wife tried a sample for $1.95 and was not impressed with the product. Then several weeks later the company which had my debit card information processed a debit for $79.95 without my approval! I am on a fixed income so i called ketoneslim immediately and it went downhill from there. Customer service was horrible. They were rude and would not listen to my problem. I have written letters to the company and a local newspaper in arizona. I have now closed this account due to the company said it was still open and they would debit again. My personal opinion is this was a scam from the beginning. The $1.95 was to get your debit card information then they do not have customer service to respond to any complaints. The company also stated their were no managers available. I would rather have a few extra pounds than deal with an out of state scam!!
