I have placed an order on www.electrofundepot.com using my credit card as a payment method. Next day I received following e-mail:

"Unfortunately your order was not successful as we have a technical problem with our credit card payments processor. Your credit card was not charged. The credit card processor will be back online on 1st of October. We are signing a new contract with PayPal as a credit card processor.
During this period we are able to receive payments by Western Union Money in Minutes transfer. You will also get an additional 7% discount to cover the transfer fee.
You may reply to this email in order to send you the necessary detailed payment instructions or cancel the order.

I called the company, but the phone number provided in the e-mail is a not working number. My concern is that this company attracts buyers by intentionally offering very competitive prices for its products, and thus collect the credit card numbers and other personal information of the buyers to use it for a fraudulent activity. The fact that electrofundepot.com is still offering "credit card" as a payment method knowing that their credit card processor is not available, confirms my concern.
