Maine Gas Company delivered 200 gallons of propane gas to my home in zip code area of 03849 during the month of May. They charged me $1000.00 for the 200 gallon delivery. After contacting other suppliers in the same zip code area, I noted that the average price per gallon of propane gas during the same period was approximately 2.85 per gallon.
Contacting the Maine Gas Company in regard to this issue, I was informed that prices had risen. This was the warmest winter we have had in a quite a long time, and the price per gallon did not correspond with my demand or usage.
