I recently had $19.00 deducted from my account. I read the fine print and thought they would be taking it out the same day the application was processed.instead, they took it out when they wanted, leaving my account negative. Have not heard anything back from this company and you can not talk to anyone because they know what they are doing. I am going to contact my state attorney, and hopefully this can be made national about this scam. You try to get help, and they end up making your situatuion worse than what is was. I am a single parent mother of two, and was trying to get financial help, but instead I got taken advantage of.
