Hi i rang what i thought was HP support but it wasnt it was a compnay called live pc experts, i wanted help installing a printer. They asked to come into my computer via remote desktop so i let them in, straight away they told me my laptop was critical and full of viruses which they showed me. They said for the viruses to be taken off i had to pay either £356 for 5 year software cover or £99.99 for one years software cover. I had no choice but to pay £99.99 as i wanted the viruses off, i found it hard to believe that my laptop had viruses as i had only bought it on the 07/09 and it was brand new. I believe that they purposely put the viruses on there so that i would pay the money
