After signing up with bid rack and my account was charged $99 and decided to start looking at the bids and items were horrible. Why would I want to bid hard earned money on a head scratcher? When I contacted the company they told me that they were very sorry and credited me more bids. I have not spent any of my bids and they still have my money now they are unable to contact, what can I do?
