This happened last part of 2011. I ordered on line and paid with my credit card. Was told would be shipped 10-15 days, when it arrived to my home, after opening the envelope I could tell instantly that the product was counterfeit. I crushed open one of the pills and was unable to determine was the substance was inside it. I did not take any of these pills for fear they could even be poison. So why chance it right? You never know. I contacted goldenpharma and the person said that I would be receiving a total refund in about 35 days and it would go directly back into my account. It has been close to a year now and every e-mail that I send to them comes back saying undeliverable. So, what to do? I want either my money back or the CORRECT medication. I really do not expect anything from them. They got my money and that is all they are concerned about, getting that money. Do these people feel no shame or guilt? How can they do people this way? I trusted them and was lied to all over money. Zero loyalty to fellow humans is very sad. I hope they can sleep well at night knowing that they are robbing people who trust them of their money.
