Someone called my 93 and 96 year old parents and somehow through not being understood got access to their checking account information. They withdrew a check for $447.34. As soon as this happened I called the toll free number shown on the check and was told the money would be back in their account in 21 days. As of August 3 the money is not there and I called the same number back. They said they would issue a new complaint and that I should call back in one week if the money is not returned. They could not provide access to the company (Ibenmed) because of the terms of their contract, but did give me the name. They said the name listed on the check (R Ben) was a billing company. So it seems the only contact information is the phone number listed on the check: 888-778-0081. It will be interesting to see if this follow up call gives results.
