I received a message on my cell phone, my HR manager at my job received a message on her voice mail and my sister in law received a cell phone message stating that I had a claim and charges against me, but did not say for how much or from whom. All she left was a claim # and phone number 888/959-6778 to call and discuss the matter. Was told it was probobly a scam since I had been involved in one earlier in the year. They called my phone, my job and my relatives stating I was going to be put in jail. I am sending this information to the attorney generals office!
