Itechline represented themselves on line as a Lexmark printer support. However, after I stated my issue with my new Pro715 model printer they soon discovered my pc had been hacked into and needed immediate repair. After 45 minutes or so they installed anti virus software without my permission, running various test and so forth then started to attempt to get my wireless new printer to interface with my two pc. After about 3 hours with no success the technician handed me over to another senior tech to finish correcting the issue. They had no success. I asked for my money back ($199.99 1st pc; $149.99 2nd pc) and they asked if they could attempt to complete one more time. I granted that and still had no results. I got highly concern that they where into my pc and cut them off without further communications. I have attempted to call them tonight on 3 different numbers and they simply go to silent, no ring; no recording; no response.
