I purchased this product thru PCH website. THE commercials made the product look so simple and easy to use. When i received my product i decided to use it right away. I used russet potatoes and was using the thin slice. The potato would get stuck and the blade would not cut all the way thru. I checked the blade and found it was not very sharp at all. And the julienne blade was even worse. Its ashame that a product can be presented on TV showing that it can do all that it does. And yet when you get the product it very poor quality. Cheap plastic and the blades were useless. I feel that if a product like this is to slice anything thin or thick the blade would be sharp and precious when you bring the handle down to slice it. It was a big dissappointment and a waste of my money. I am even on limited income and thought the product would be easy for me to use due to my disability. What a fraud and cheap product. I hope no one every goes thru this problems of the this product. Thankyou.
