This 36 year old Hispanic contractor doesn't only scam and fraud customers out of thousands. He will use women to his advantage and act like it's alright as part of a so called relationship. He married an 18 year old thinking he loved her just cause she had plans in the military. She was told by him that he couldn't have kids.
After being disqualified from the military due to her pregnancy, he told her to get an abortion. As she refused he left. On and off for several years he's been cheating and lying to her with his abusive personality. Paternity testing came out positive as the father and still refuses to make payments and let anyone know where he lives. He is not a man and refuses to admit he's been cheating his own wife. He is a coward and a dead beat.
