I purchased a TV from them - Paid via Western Union. I received many emails from them that all seemed fine.
The last email I received from then stated I needed to pay an additional $190 for the item to be released from customs. They said it was a new regulation (they sent a PDF of a customs letter in my email, but I doubt its real)
I said I would not and that I would like a refund. They told me my refund would take 20 days.
I suspect they are a fraudulent company - as I have read many other complaints (here and other websites) of people with the same issue.
