This company verbally promised that they would reduce my business rates and they said I wouldn't have to pay until the council had accepted the propossal which would certainly reduce my rates. We paid out because they said we had a very good case as we ticked 7 of the 8 boxes that they said would definately reduce our rates due to a development across the road from our cafe. We have subsequently called emailed and written but had no reply and so have lost £480 on top of having to pay high rates which are crippling our business as our income has been seriously affected by the development and road closures.
