I purchased a Groupon for dinner for 4 at the Park Tavern in downtown Delray Beach, Fl. We informed the waiter when we arrived that we had a Groupon for 4 valued at $198.00. Not only was it not honored, but we were told after dinner that there were only certain items that we could order. The Groupon had fine print that stated the following.
Two appetizers up to $17.00. We ordered one for $17.00.
Entrees up to $29.00. We did not exceed this amount per entree.
Four glasses of house wine, draft beer or cocktails. We ordered three root beers, one cocktail and one glass of wine (the wine was suggested by our waiter. Bad business this eating establishment. I would not recommend them to anyone and feel my money should be refunded.
