Called bank of america to get a loan modification for my home mortage-i was laid off work and could not afford the high morgage payments. Bank of america had RMA LEGAL NETWORK contact me to do this process-I sent paperwork they required to get started. I also paid 790.00 dollars per month for 3 months to them for their fee. Every time I call RMA office in new york, the answering service tells me that they would call me back in 24 hours, but this never happens—IS THIS COMPANY A SCAM? IF SO, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AT THIS TIME-I don't want to lose my home under foreclosure because they RMA scammed me out of 2910.00 dollars
