See other reports on same business, my complaints are identical. The "rebuttal" by the owner is just saying "we have lawyers, you didn't read all the fine print, so it's technically not fraud and you can't send us to jail". This does not make it not a rip off. Someone needs to file a class action suit against these scum bags. When you make money and you are not providing a service, that's a scam, regardless of how much fine print you have protecting you.
