I did not send the money because their add said per provisions act of decree 114 the 1999 constitution and upon looking that up I realized I had been scammed for my personal information idenity theft name, address, age, phone #, next to kin. This is my first time being scammed. I am contacting all agencies that I think will help me protect myself.
