I called softwarepros to get a charge removed from my credit card. The no. 1 propmt stated that was the prompt to talk to someone about a question with a charge on an account. The lady i spoke to became nasty with me for hitting the wrong prompt and told me i was a (inappropriate content removed) idiot and that i needed to hang up and call back again and hit prompt 2 for an automated system. I was working in a manufacturing area at the time of the call, and could not stay on the line, so i asked my wife to call back and it happened again, except she wasnt called a (inappropriate content removed) idiot. Kara her customer service rep in the billing area was rude and not at all helpful my wife wanted to speak to a manager and kara said she didnt have one for what i was calling about. Kara did not have an extension nor could she transfer the call to the correct area. All i wanted was my cc reversed for a charge that should not have been place on sunday, july 22, approx 4:53 est.
