Company and COnrad Ulz claimed they could do a re-fi on my investment property cash out. I was to pay a $1,000 "processing" fee and would close within 2 - 6 weeks. They have done nothing since I paid them but give excuses and have cost me money, lost tenants, etc. They are a scam and just take your money and don't do a thing.
