Be2 insist that I owe them money. Fact is I attempted to cancel my membership with them in May (joined 16th April) - they took more money than they were supposed to off my credit card. My financial institution advised me that my credit card had been compromised and directed me to cancel it. I followed their advice.
Now in July, Be2 insist that I owe them money to continue my membership.
I do not want to continue the membership.
I followed all Be2's advice on how to cancel membership in May and it did not work. Cancelling membership is not possible through their website.
They tell me I have not cancelled and that I cannot cancel in writing via email
Please advise me what to do - to ensure no legal action against myself in this matter.
